High Index & Polycarbonate lenses allow substantially reduced lens thickness and curvature. Beginning in December of 1999, TRO began using high index substrates as the basis for our new, proprietary Discovery short corridor progressive lenses. Discovery lenses offer seamless multi-prescription performance in frames with shallow vertical measurements adding to the already available plastic and Transitions materials.
